What you will do

• Set direction for the PLG onboarding product area using AI for synthesis and scenario planning.
• Define and prioritize problems by triangulating usage data, AI-aggregated signals, and direct customer observation.
• Develop AI-first solutions and agentic workflows that create compounding value for field service businesses.
• Design rigorous failure paths and define the quality bar for autonomous AI behaviors.
• Measure business impact and establish evaluation criteria for AI-powered features.
• Execute rapid prototyping using AI tools and ship minimal, precise specifications.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of product management experience, preferably in vertical SaaS or fintech.
• Proven track record of shipping AI-powered features and building agents.
• Advanced proficiency in data synthesis and experimentation frameworks.
• Ability to use AI prototyping tools such as Cursor, Claude, or v0 to validate concepts.
• Must be based in the United States to be eligible for benefits and payroll.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI coding tools like Bolt to prototype ideas independently.
• Ability to produce detailed test cases for AI behavior evaluation.
