Product Manager (LegalTech)

TL;DR

Product Manager (LegalTech/AI): Developing and scaling AI-forward solutions for law firms and corporate legal teams with an accent on generative AI and LLM integration. Focus on defining product roadmaps, driving revenue growth, and leading cross-functional teams to modernize legal practice.

Location: Must be based in Toronto, London, or Nottingham (requires on-site presence at least three days per week)

Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 CAD (for Ontario applicants)

What you will do

• Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with company goals.
• Identify market opportunities and define product roadmaps to achieve competitive advantage.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and operations to deliver high-quality products on time.
• Gather customer insights and act as the voice of the customer to validate product concepts.
• Oversee go-to-market execution, including market research, pricing strategies, and sales enablement.
• Communicate product strategies and progress to executives and board members to gain buy-in.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in product management.
• Demonstrable familiarity with generative AI / Large Language Model (LLM) technology.
• Proven track record of successfully bringing products to market and driving revenue growth.
• Must reside within reasonable commuting distance to Toronto, London, or Nottingham.
