What you will do
- Lead end-to-end strategy and optimization of payments growth across SMB SaaS platforms with a focus on PLG adoption.
- Define the payments vision and roadmap, aligning embedded financial services with broader fintech strategy.
- Identify and launch new embedded payment capabilities such as ACH, instant payouts, wallets, and alternative financing.
- Design and execute product-led growth initiatives to drive adoption and engagement across payment features.
- Own key payments metrics including transaction volume, attach rate, revenue growth, and customer lifetime value.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Finance to build scalable growth systems.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in payments, fintech, SaaS strategy, or product-led growth.
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role.
- Proven success scaling embedded payments adoption and monetization within SaaS or SMB platforms.
- Deep expertise in PLG strategies and the embedded finance ecosystem.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making and experimentation.
- Must be based in the United States.
