TL;DR

Corporate Account Manager (Cybersecurity): Managing the full sales cycle for regional customers to ensure adoption of endpoint technology with an accent on account growth, renewals, and customer satisfaction. Focus on identifying account whitespace, delivering value-based presentations for cross-sells, and driving high-level adoption within the enterprise segment.

Location: Hybrid: Barcelona, Spain (1-2 days in office/week)

What you will do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, collaborating with Customer Success and Managed Services to ensure value realization.
  • Manage the full contract renewal cycle, including negotiation and contract changes to increase ARR.
  • Achieve sales growth quotas within the existing customer base.
  • Identify account whitespace and create value-based presentations to promote upgrades and cross-sells.
  • Execute strategic account plans to maximize growth and customer adoption.
  • Coordinate support issues and provide product feedback to the Management team for new feature requests.

Requirements

  • Full sales cycle experience in account management or net new logo sales.
  • Experience selling to technical audiences such as engineers, IT, and security professionals.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and metrics.
  • Understanding of sales frameworks such as MEDDPICC and Sandler.
  • Written and spoken fluency in German.
  • Must be based in Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid).
