What you will do

• Generate leads through cold calls, LinkedIn, and email outreach while nurturing prospects.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities, prioritizing inbound leads.
• Research target accounts and industries to understand cybersecurity challenges.
• Collaborate with sales team on account-based strategies and execution.
• Attend occasional industry and networking events in the region.
• Use CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and activities while managing time effectively.

Requirements

• Fluency in German - must.
• Preferably 1+ years as SDR/BDR in a startup or cybersecurity company.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with proven track record of success.
• Creative problem-solving, interpersonal skills, and ability to self-motivate.
• Familiarity with CRM software (preferably Salesforce) and sales tools.
• Team player able to manage unstructured time and take ownership.
