What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of small to mid-sized online shops to identify and unlock growth opportunities.
• Implement tailored expansion strategies to improve customer performance and value.
• Nurture long-term, trust-based relationships through customized recommendations and strategic development.
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, and Product teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Utilize metrics and insights alongside Customer Success Managers to maximize client retention.

Requirements

• Experience managing B2B client portfolios, preferably in SaaS or tech-driven e-commerce environments.
• Proven ability to handle large portfolios (up to 300 accounts) with strategic planning.
• Strong negotiation skills and a natural sales instinct to effectively position solutions.
• Proactive communication style to anticipate customer needs and initiate meaningful engagement.
• Practical experience with CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.
• Fluent German and highly proficient English.
