What you will do

• Lead execution of facility IT projects and initiatives.
• Support production uptime via network infrastructure including switches, firewalls, cabling, and architecture.
• Create and update facility Logical Technical Architectures (LTAs).
• Manage firewall rules and Active Directory structures with Group Policy.
• Provide hardware/software support for IT assets and troubleshoot shop-floor issues.
• Collaborate with teams and vendors on applications, perform root-cause analysis, and deploy security patches.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 7+ years IT experience in information technology, PC hardware/software, and backend infrastructure (server, storage, database, network).
• Excellent written and oral communications.

Nice to have

• Enterprise and Technical Architecture experience.
• LTA and Firewall Rule writing/analysis.
• Expertise in network and computer troubleshooting.
• Factory application knowledge (PinPoint, CIMNET, FreedomE, AVD apps, Office 365).
• Project management, teamwork, initiative, and relevant certifications (CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Server/Client).
