What you will do

• Partner with CRO and CMO to inform GTM capacity and investment decisions using analytical frameworks.
• Own the global top-line model and forecast, including bookings and revenue with unit-level drivers.
• Model commercial economics for new product launches, focusing on adoption curves and field capacity.
• Design sales compensation plans for a transition from seat-based to multi-product and consumption models.
• Drive the analytics and data roadmap to provide leadership with self-serve visibility into performance.
• Develop and lead a high-performing team covering GTM FP&A and finance data analytics.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, or commercial finance at high-growth SaaS companies.
• Strong analytical foundation from investment banking or strategic consulting.
• Direct experience as a financial partner to a CRO, CMO, or VP of Sales.
• Expertise in consumption, usage-based, or hybrid pricing models and SaaS metrics (ARR, NDR, CAC/LTV).
• Proven track record of implementing AI-powered tools and workflows within a finance function.
