What you will do

• Own monthly and quarterly revenue forecasts and support annual planning with structured assumptions.
• Analyze key drivers of variance between actual results and forecasts in the P&L.
• Prepare recurring revenue reporting and ensure consistency across dashboards and consolidated financial reporting.
• Partner with Accounting, FP&A, and Product teams to align revenue outlooks and evaluate pricing strategies.
• Build scenario models to support investment decisions and monitor growth, expansion, and churn trends.
• Improve forecast governance by automating data flows from Salesforce and billing systems.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Corporate FP&A or Strategic Finance.
• Expertise in building complex revenue models covering New Business, Expansion, and Churn.
• Deep knowledge of recurring revenue metrics: NDR, LTV/CAC, and Gross Margin.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets for translating funnel metrics into actionable insights.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada; no sponsorship or relocation assistance provided.
• Solid understanding of GAAP principles.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• CPA or CFA designation.
• Familiarity with ASC 606/IFRS 15 revenue recognition models.
• Experience with BI platforms (Looker, Tableau) and SQL queries.
