What you will do

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting cycles, budget processes, and ARR reporting across departments.
• Prepare and present management reporting packages, dashboards, KPIs, and variance analysis to leadership.
• Build and maintain financial models for forecasting, scenario planning, pricing, headcount, and strategic initiatives.
• Partner with department leaders and Accounting for data-driven decisions and month-end alignment.
• Handle ad-hoc analysis, streamline reporting, automate processes, and support special projects like pricing and cost-reduction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 7-10+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or management consulting.
• Advanced Excel modeling and PowerPoint skills; PowerBI and INFOR experience preferred.
• Experience managing reporting cycles and working with senior leaders.
• Excellent analytical, communication, attention to detail, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
