TL;DR
Account Manager (SMB): Manage a portfolio of growing SMB accounts as a dedicated advisor and key driver of client success with an accent on proactive growth, retention, and expansion opportunities. Location: Remote from Canada, Central America, or South America. No visa sponsorship or assistance. Resumes and communication must be in English. Regular or periodic travel required.

What you will do
- Own growth, retention, and success of SMB accounts as primary point of contact and dedicated advisor.
- Develop and execute proactive account plans aligning client goals with talent solutions for value delivery and expansion.
- Conduct regular check-ins to gather feedback, assess health, and uncover new opportunities across business units.
- Execute tailored outreach campaigns using Salesloft to educate on full services and recommend experts.
- Provide guidance through project lifecycle, resolve escalations, manage renewals with Talent Operations and Delivery teams.
- Maintain Salesforce hygiene, track activities, monitor trends, and drive upsell/cross-sell for revenue growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3+ years in Account Management with history of overachieving revenue quotas; 1+ years in software consulting or tech sales.
- Ability to translate business objectives into strategic talent solutions; proficiency in software project lifecycle.
- Client-centric, growth mindset, proactive self-starter with critical thinking and competitive drive.
- Outstanding written/verbal communication; thrive in fast-paced environment with time management skills.
- Collaborative, optimistic, ambitious; sense of humor and grounded personality.
