Location: Hybrid; office presence required in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Chicago, Dallas, New York, or London
Salary: $145,000 - $220,000 per year

What you will do
- Partner with the President of Products and senior leadership on organizational and people-related strategy and execution.
- Coach managers on organizational design, hiring, performance management, compensation, and L&D.
- Develop and implement change management plans aligned with business strategy and objectives.
- Lead people programs including engagement surveys, performance feedback cycles, and talent development.
- Conduct employee relations investigations and guide managers through complex people issues.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain knowledge of legal requirements for employee management.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner role, preferably in a fast-growing tech company.
- Experience partnering with ProdDev C-Suite executives and supporting technical teams is a must.
- Proven ability to lead organizational design efforts and change management planning.
- Ability to operate at both a strategic and operational level in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong judgment, integrity, and ability to resolve sensitive employee issues.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid model at one of the designated office locations (SF, LA, Chicago, Dallas, NY, or London).
