What you will do
- Partner with senior leaders globally to align on hiring priorities, candidate profiles, and decision-making for GTM roles.
- Consult on talent strategy and market insights to attract diverse and non-traditional talent pools.
- Execute full-lifecycle recruitment, including proactive sourcing, candidate storytelling, and closing high-impact offers.
- Analyze market trends and recruitment data to optimize hiring plans and provide guidance to business partners.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple countries, ensuring adherence to regional compliance and regulations (e.g., GDPR, OFCCP).
- Coach hiring managers and interviewers on assessment frameworks and competency-based screening.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition or human resources (or a Bachelor's degree plus 2+ years).
- 2+ years of experience in GTM recruitment specifically for a technology organization.
- Proven experience in full-lifecycle recruitment, including passive candidate engagement and negotiation.
- Proficiency working within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Experience evaluating AI solutions to improve recruiter productivity and candidate experience.
- Experience managing global hiring processes and navigating international compliance.
- Familiarity with the iCIMS ATS.
- Proven ability to drive efficiencies within hiring practices.
