What you will do
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for Account Executives, Sales Leadership, and other GTM functions.
- Source and engage passive talent through targeted outreach and market mapping.
- Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to define role requirements and calibrate on talent.
- Maintain ATS hygiene and contribute to improving recruiting workflows and reporting using Greenhouse.
- Manage candidate funnels and deliver against hiring timelines with strong conversion rates.
Requirements
- 4–7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, specifically within GTM or sales hiring.
- Proven ability to build pipelines from scratch and engage passive candidates.
- Strong communication skills and ability to partner with leadership at various levels.
- Operational discipline in managing pipelines and tracking metrics within an ATS.
- Must be based in the approved US states or Canada.
