What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for GTM and G&A roles across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps.
• Champion a best-in-class candidate experience and build the company's talent brand.
• Design and implement recruiting processes, tooling (ATS), and sourcing playbooks.
• Partner with Finance and GTM leadership on headcount planning and workforce prioritization.
• Provide market and compensation insights to inform role design and leveling.
• Enable hiring managers through interview training and standardized evaluation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth SaaS environments.
• Proven success scaling teams and building recruiting infrastructure from scratch.
• Experience recruiting across multiple GTM and G&A functions.
• Proficiency with ATS tools such as Lever or Greenhouse.
• US-based work authorization (indicated by 401k and US health benefits)
