What you will do

• Architect and productionize ML solutions (NLP, deep learning) with robust preprocessing and evaluation pipelines.
• Establish MLOps workflows, including CI/CD, experiment tracking, and model registry.
• Implement model monitoring for drift, bias, and business KPIs with automated rollback systems.
• Build AI agents using Copilot Studio and Python frameworks to operationalize safety analytics.
• Design high-quality data pipelines across structured and unstructured sources while enforcing data contracts.
• Mentor junior engineers and data scientists while providing technical vision and hands-on expertise.

Requirements

• PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience developing and deploying AI/ML models in production environments.
• Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
• Proven experience with Azure AI/ML workloads (Azure ML, Azure Synapse, Azure Data Lake).
• Experience developing AI agents via Copilot Studio and Python frameworks.
• Eligibility to hold a U.S. Federal Public Trust security clearance.

Nice to have

• Experience with streaming architectures (Event Hubs), feature stores, and vector databases.
• Knowledge of responsible AI (fairness, explainability, privacy) and model governance.
• Certifications in Azure AI/ML and/or MLOps.
