What you will do

• Define AI strategy and translate business objectives into technical AI-driven solutions for clients and stakeholders.
• Architect end-to-end AI systems covering data collection, feature engineering, model selection, and deployment.
• Lead the AI development team, ensuring code quality, scalability, and maintainability of AI systems.
• Oversee the development and validation of ML models to ensure high standards of accuracy and performance.
• Collaborate with DevOps to design and maintain scalable infrastructure for model training and production.
• Implement data governance and ethical AI practices in collaboration with legal and compliance teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise-grade AI/ML products.
• Expertise in deep learning, NLP, Computer Vision, and reinforcement learning.
• Proficiency in Python or Java and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Practical experience with LLMs, RAG, and AI agents.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their AI services.
