What you will do
- Lead and manage complex employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with UK employment legislation and company policies.
- Coach senior leaders on effective performance management, employee engagement, and conflict resolution.
- Drive talent management initiatives, including talent reviews, succession planning, and development planning.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and L&D teams to attract and develop high-performing talent.
- Support organisational design, workforce planning, and change management processes, including cultural transformation.
- Use data and insights to inform decision-making and measure the effectiveness of HR interventions.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of HR experience, specifically in an HR Business Partner or senior advisory role.
- Proven experience partnering with senior leaders in a complex, matrixed, or international organisation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex employee relations cases and organisational change.
- Experience in financial services, fintech, technology, or a regulated environment.
- Must be based in the UK to ensure compliance with local employment legislation.
- CIPD qualification (Level 5 or Level 7) or equivalent preferred.
Nice to have
- Exposure to or experience with Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A).
- Experience supporting international or EMEA client groups.
