What you will do

• Lead and manage complex employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with UK employment legislation and company policies.
• Coach senior leaders on effective performance management, employee engagement, and conflict resolution.
• Drive talent management initiatives, including talent reviews, succession planning, and development planning.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and L&D teams to attract and develop high-performing talent.
• Support organisational design, workforce planning, and change management processes, including cultural transformation.
• Use data and insights to inform decision-making and measure the effectiveness of HR interventions.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of HR experience, specifically in an HR Business Partner or senior advisory role.
• Proven experience partnering with senior leaders in a complex, matrixed, or international organisation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex employee relations cases and organisational change.
• Experience in financial services, fintech, technology, or a regulated environment.
• Must be based in the UK to ensure compliance with local employment legislation.
• CIPD qualification (Level 5 or Level 7) or equivalent preferred.

Nice to have

• Exposure to or experience with Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A).
• Experience supporting international or EMEA client groups.
