What you will do

• Partner with Enterprise Sales leadership to deliver people strategy and guide critical talent decisions.
• Oversee regional HR operations across EMEA, providing expert advice on employee relations and employment legislation.
• Drive workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design initiatives.
• Manage the EMEA Benefits Advisor and HR Business Partner to ensure operational excellence.
• Collaborate with Global HR and the Shared Service Centre to align regional decisions with global guidance.
• Monitor regional risks and sentiment to intervene pragmatically with business leaders.

Requirements

• Deep expertise as a senior HRBP or HR Director.
• Extensive knowledge of EMEA employment law and employee relations.
• Experience operating in complex, fast-paced, matrixed environments.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to link HR decisions directly to business results.
• Strong data-driven insight and stakeholder influence skills.
• Must be based in London, UK.
