What you will do

• Own end-to-end talent strategy, partnering with ehirify.globalecutives to forecast needs and define hiring roadmaps for 0-to-1 prototyping.
• Co-lead the recruiting function, mentoring a team of recruiters and fostering high-performance culture.
• Architect recruiting infrastructure, optimizing systems, analytics, and data-driven decisions.
• Source and close critical technical and non-technical talent through complehirify.global negotiations.
• Map niche talent ecosystems, design radical sourcing strategies, and partner with hirify.global leadership on specialized roles.
• Manage candidate journeys with high-touch precision from outreach to offer.

Requirements

• 10+ years recruiting or talent operations ehirify.globalperience leading and scaling high-performing teams.
• Ehirify.globalperience in Big Tech and high-growth ambiguous environments.
• Deep sourcing and closing specialized talent in AI/ML, software engineering, and non-technical domains.
• Advanced proficiency in Greenhouse ATS, custom reporting, and funnel analytics.
• Autonomous problem-solving, identifying gaps and implementing creative systems.
• Thought partnership with senior leadership on market mapping and leveling.
