What you will do

• Own end-to-end recruiting for technical, GTM, and corporate roles, defining requirements and strategies with hiring managers.
• Source and engage high-quality candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, events, and outbound outreach in competitive markets.
• Act as trusted advisor on talent trends, compensation, and best practices, driving alignment on profiles and timelines.
• Deliver seamless candidate experiences with timely communication and transparency from outreach to offer.
• Maintain ATS data, track metrics, identify bottlenecks, and improve scalable recruiting processes.
• Represent employer brand through events, content, and storytelling to prospective candidates.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in high-growth tech
• Proven recruiting across engineering, product, sales, and G&A functions
• Advanced sourcing skills across LinkedIn, GitHub, events, referrals, and niche platforms
• Track record closing roles, managing multiple requisitions, and using metrics for decisions
• Ability to influence hiring managers and thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Based in Redwood City, CA area for required in-office days
