Salary: $118,000 - $162,000 per year (Base)

hirify.global is developing the first ground-up, fully autonomous vehicle fleet and the supporting ecosystem for urban mobility-as-a-service.

What you will do

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing and screening to closing candidates.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to qualify requirements and advocate for candidates.
• Source and evaluate engineering talent, with a specific emphasis on firmware positions.
• Facilitate interview and hiring decisions with company leadership and interview panels.
• Manage the offer process in coordination with HR and leadership teams.
• Continuously seek and implement ways to improve the recruiting process and candidate experience.

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a competitive industry.
• Ability to evaluate technical aptitude and behavioral fit for complex engineering roles.
• Proficiency in sourcing using LinkedIn and alternative search techniques.
• Strong consultative and interpersonal skills for communication across all organizational levels.
• Must be based in or able to work from the San Diego office on a hybrid schedule (3 days/week).
