Location: Hybrid (San Diego, CA) — must work in the office three days per week
Salary: $118,000 - $162,000 per year (Base)
Company
is developing the first ground-up, fully autonomous vehicle fleet and the supporting ecosystem for urban mobility-as-a-service.
What you will do
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing and screening to closing candidates.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to qualify requirements and advocate for candidates.
- Source and evaluate engineering talent, with a specific emphasis on firmware positions.
- Facilitate interview and hiring decisions with company leadership and interview panels.
- Manage the offer process in coordination with HR and leadership teams.
- Continuously seek and implement ways to improve the recruiting process and candidate experience.
Requirements
- 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a competitive industry.
- Ability to evaluate technical aptitude and behavioral fit for complex engineering roles.
- Proficiency in sourcing using LinkedIn and alternative search techniques.
- Strong consultative and interpersonal skills for communication across all organizational levels.
- Must be based in or able to work from the San Diego office on a hybrid schedule (3 days/week).

- Interest in the autonomous and electric vehicle industry.
- Expertise in leveraging Lever ATS for metrics and talent pipelines.
- Experience working within a recruiting agency.
- Experience managing highly complex technical roles.
