What you will do

• Configure and optimize Epic Professional Billing solutions to support high-volume daily practice billing operations.
• Maintain Charge Router configuration and routing logic, including dialysis-specific date ranges and modifier handling.
• Manage Epic-related billing vendor integrations for patient statements, credit card processing, and collections.
• Troubleshoot and resolve moderately complex Epic PB and Charge Router issues to minimize billing delays.
• Design, build, and test Epic PB configurations for both ongoing operations and new practice implementations.
• Collaborate with internal revenue cycle teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective Epic solutions.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 3–5+ years of experience working within the Epic EHR environment, specifically in Professional Billing.
• Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) and Charge Router certifications required.
• Strong understanding of revenue cycle workflows, charge routing logic, and modifiers.
• Associate’s degree in healthcare, IT, or informatics (Bachelor’s preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, specifically pivot tables and data analysis.
