What you will do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to gather and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into concise user stories aligned with project goals.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure shared understanding.
• Partner with QA and Engineers to review story requirements and validate system functionality.
• Troubleshoot issues, conduct impact analysis, and recommend technical solutions.
• Create flow diagrams and document technical solutions to support software delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or equivalent technology background.
• Prior experience supporting technology or operations within a financial services environment.
• Proficiency in SQL to extract, manipulate, and interpret data for analysis and reporting.
• Proven experience gathering technical requirements and translating them into clear user stories.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (No sponsorship provided, including CPT/OPT).
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Familiarity with fund transactions, including trades and settlements.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.
• Prior production support, troubleshooting, QA, or Developer experience.
