What you will do

• Act as a critical liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver insurance policy administration solutions.
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional specifications within the Guidewire PolicyCenter platform.
• Collaborate with underwriting, product, and operations teams to identify and document business needs.
• Configure and provide ongoing support for PolicyCenter functionalities.
• Facilitate workshops and lead backlog refinement sessions.
• Partner with developers and QA teams to support design, testing, and implementation across the SDLC.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance processes.
• Hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter.
• Demonstrated skills in requirements elicitation and Agile delivery.
• Up-to-date Guidewire Analyst ACE certification is required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
