What you will do

• Manage the full customer/vendor integration lifecycle from scoping and requirements gathering to go-live support.
• Act as the subject matter expert for integrating DHS products into HL7-based healthcare environments.
• Collaborate with internal IT, R&D, and Quality teams to ensure system compatibility and seamless data exchange.
• Provide system design recommendations to hospital IT departments for optimal product performance.
• Support dataflow between medical devices, healthcare systems, and third-party platforms.
• Maintain detailed documentation of interface specifications, testing protocols, and system configurations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Marketing, Management, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HL7 Integration.
• Proven understanding of medical information technology systems, including HL7 and DICOM technologies.
• Knowledge of hospital IT networking, connectivity, and IT Security standards.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision and travel up to 25% or more.
