SMB Customer Account Executive - Benelux (SaaS Sales): Manage all aspects of existing customer growth for accounts below 500 employees including sales process, revenue targets, and upsell opportunities with an accent on prospecting, pipeline building, and partner relationships. Focus on qualifying opportunities, negotiating commercial and legal agreements, accelerating adoption, and developing long-term strategic key accounts.

Location: Dublin, Ireland (onsite, Benelux territory, ~25% travel)

Salary: €88,000 — €120,000 OTE (Ireland)

What you will do

  • Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets for existing customers in Benelux.
  • Develop and execute territory plans, prospect individually, and manage sales pipeline.
  • Qualify opportunities using hirify.global’s sales methodology and assess customer fit.
  • Manage negotiations for commercial terms, MSAs, and data privacy agreements with legal support.
  • Drive customer adoption post-sale and create upsell opportunities.
  • Build relationships with resellers, system integrators, and key accounts.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English
  • Track record of success selling SaaS/Cloud to complex Benelux organizations.
  • Experience in value-based selling at senior/C-level in sub-500 employee accounts.
  • Reputation as trusted partner in local reseller and integrator community.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to travel ~25% to customer and partner sites.

Nice to have

  • Understanding of Identity & Access Management, SSO, and API-based solutions.
  • BSc/BA degree or equivalent.
