What you will do

  • Prospect and engage high-potential prospects using outbound strategies and tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong.
  • Build and maintain a high-volume pipeline of opportunities with efficient sales cycles.
  • Demonstrate hirify.global’s value by addressing customer needs and use cases.
  • Develop trust with key stakeholders, including senior decision-makers.
  • Drive deals to close through high-velocity sales cycles and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales Engineering for alignment.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and SaaS advancements.

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years in SaaS or technology sales, full-cycle closing or sales development
  • Strong prospecting, communication, and value-based selling skills
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong
  • Results-driven mindset for dynamic, fast-moving environments
  • Experience with shorter sales cycles and high transaction volumes
  • Team player for cross-functional collaboration
  • German speaker required
