What you will do

• Support quality control review of daily deliverables for investor registration, dealing, reporting, and cash following policies and procedures.
• Handle daily client inquiries and deliverables, meeting SLAs and escalating issues as needed.
• Prepare ad hoc deliverables per service level agreements.
• Respond to queries from clients, investors, fund managers, or internal teams with high standards.
• Guide team members on daily tasks, processes, and deliverables based on experience.
• Participate in team meetings, share ideas, and support department initiatives and risk mitigation.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business-related field or relevant experience.
• 0-2 years in financial services, fund administration, asset management, banking, or client service.
• Knowledge of investor services processes is an asset.
• Client/customer service experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office and Excel.
• University degree or professional designations like ACCA, CPA, CMA considered assets.
