What you will do
- Acquire new clients in IT, non-IT, professional, and engineering areas.
- Develop business opportunities in contract/permanent placements, managed services, SOW, and HTD models.
- Manage existing customers and drive year-over-year growth.
- Provide account management support for high-volume requirements.
- Collaborate with MSPs, procurement, talent acquisition, delivery leaders, and hiring managers.
- Lead and manage SI, mid-market, and enterprise customers.
- Attend technology and client events and participate in technology/networking groups.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in new business development and client acquisition.
- Proven track record of YOY growth and managing new/existing customers.
- Technology knowledge in Java, .NET, Python, cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), DevOps, QA, and more.
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with MSP, procurement, talent acquisition, and business leadership.
