TL;DR

Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 DOE

What you will do

  • Triage incoming onboarding projects and route them appropriately, including pre-onboarding needs.
  • Assign projects to Onboarding Specialists based on availability and capacity while tracking partner progress.
  • Serve as first point of contact for partners, providing timeline updates, answering questions, and setting expectations.
  • Handle small onboarding projects directly to meet 30-day launch timelines.
  • Collaborate with implementation team and Partner Operations Manager to optimize CRM and onboarding tools.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for triage, intake, and assignment.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in project coordination, onboarding, or operations (hospitality, SaaS, or fintech preferred)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to juggle multiple projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with partners and internal teams
  • Experience with CRM and project management tools (Salesforce, TaskRay, JIRA preferred)
  • Process-focused mindset with attention to detail and continuous improvement
  • Comfort in fast-paced, evolving environment
