What you will do

• Work with Commercial and Legal teams to capture and maintain hirify.global Sports rights in the rights system.
• Collaborate with Sport Planning Teams to meet needs and record rights details accurately.
• Handle Compliance and OFCOM matters, ensuring accurate data recording.
• Improve rights management processes using new tools including AI.
• Interrogate rights to ensure full utilization.
• Manage forward plans in Excel and Airtable, run basic performance analysis on TechEdge and Tableau.
• Collaborate with production teams on customer content consumption and support commercial minutage management.

Requirements

• Flawless written and spoken English with absolute accuracy in grammar, spelling, and clarity.
• Strong interest in sport and sports media, understanding of content delivery across linear and digital platforms.
• Exceptional attention to detail for managing complex rights, planning, and compliance data.
• Analytical capability, confident working with data to identify issues and insights.
• Working knowledge of Excel and planning tools like Airtable; exposure to rights systems, reporting tools, or basic SQL an advantage.
• Proactive mindset with interest in automation, AI, and new tools.
• Experience in Legal, Commercial, Compliance, Operations, or Production teams handling sensitive information.

Nice to have

• Used reporting or BI tools like Tableau/TechEdge for performance reporting.
