What you will do

• Analyze AI adoption metrics and engagement trends to provide actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Support the design and delivery of AI literacy workshops, learning journeys, and enablement sessions.
• Document business processes to identify opportunities for AI-driven efficiency and quality improvements.
• Create structured communications including briefing documents, presentations, and stakeholder reports.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams within the AI Centre of Excellence, tracking progress and actions.
• Support the rollout of successful AI use cases to other teams with evidence and adoption plans.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel for data tracking and reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities proactively and stay organized.
• Confident communication skills for adapting style between Slack and C-suite briefings.
• Hands-on experience with AI productivity tools such as Claude, Cursor, or Notion.
• Current student or recent graduate in business, economics, engineering, data, or a related field.
