What you will do

• Develop and execute B2B marketing strategy for pharmacies, prescribers, and healthcare professionals
• Own brand and product marketing with clear, differentiated messaging
• Manage email marketing programs to nurture leads and engage partners
• Establish pharmacy-facing web presence and sales enablement materials like decks, case studies, and FAQs
• Plan, deliver, and report on campaigns autonomously
• Collaborate with sales, commercial, and clinical teams on compliant content
• Represent at industry events and track marketing performance

Requirements

• Native or professional-level German + fluent English
• Proven B2B marketing experience, ideally in healthcare, pharma, or regulated sector
• Strong understanding of B2B sales cycle and sales enablement
• Hands-on with brand/product marketing and email platforms like HubSpot or Mailchimp
• Self-motivated, creative, with excellent written communication skills
• Comfortable in fast-moving scale-up environment
