Location: Hybrid schedule out of HQ in Redwood City, CA

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 a year

A healthtech startup on a mission to simplify access, understanding, and management of healthcare by building a technology-first pharmacy business.

What you will do

  • Proactively source and engage passive candidates for technical roles.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to define technical skillsets and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Build talent pipelines through strategic research, outbound campaigns, referrals, and online communities.
  • Track key sourcing metrics to improve processes, targeting, and hiring velocity.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data within the ATS.
  • Ensure a high engagement rate and provide an outstanding candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2-3+ years of sourcing or full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a SaaS startup or high-growth tech environment.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse).
  • Strong technical aptitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work from the Redwood City, CA office on a hybrid basis.
