TL;DR

Senior Technical Recruiter (Medtech): Driving hiring for critical technical roles across Engineering, Product, Design, and Data teams with an accent on full-cycle recruitment and strategic sourcing. Focus on building outbound pipelines for passive talent and optimizing recruiting processes using data-driven analytics.

Location: Fully remote within the United States, or hybrid in New York City or San Francisco (3 days/week in office).

Salary: $70 - $95 USD per hour

What you will do

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for Engineering, Product, Design, and Data roles from kick-off to close.
  • Partner with the CTO and Engineering Managers to define technical requirements and design interview panels.
  • Execute advanced sourcing strategies on LinkedIn, GitHub, and other technical channels to attract passive talent.
  • Utilize Greenhouse, Ashby, and Gem to manage pipelines and optimize recruiting efficiency.
  • Leverage funnel analytics to influence hiring decisions and measure requisition performance.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by effectively communicating the company's mission and technical vision.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of recruiting experience, with 3+ years focused on Engineering roles in high-growth organizations.
  • Expertise in outbound sourcing for top-tier passive technical talent.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Greenhouse, Ashby, Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, and GitHub.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Ability to commute to San Francisco or New York offices 3x per week if not fully remote.
