What you will do

• Ensure client-facing materials are professional and polished through proofreading and layout optimization.
• Support internal reporting by tracking leads, projects, and business development activities to inform decision-making.
• Coordinate internal projects and external growth initiatives, acting as a bridge for cross-functional efforts.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Finance, or a similar field.
• Based in Munich, Germany to facilitate regular office attendance.
• Availability to work 20 hours per week.
• Fluent in English (mandatory), German language skills are a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on PowerPoint.
