What you will do

• Headhunt and source candidates via job portals, databases, social media, and LinkedIn.
• Create job advertisements on portals and social media following company standards.
• Screen candidates via phone calls and match them to suitable international positions.
• Update candidate data in internal systems and present to clients.
• Book interviews, follow up on processes from start to finish, and build client relationships.
• Maintain transparent communication with colleagues and managers.

Requirements

• Native or professional level Dutch and fluent English.
• Already based in or willing to relocate to Málaga for office work.
• Self-driven, efficient independently and in teams, with passion for sales and service.
• Target-driven with experience in daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, proactive, solution-oriented with a positive mindset.
• Skilled in hunting candidates using portals and social media tools.
