Location: USA, NY, West Babylon (onsite, 12-hour rotating shifts, 24/7 environment)

Salary: $136,600 - $195,300 USD

What you will do

  • Lead EHS culture and ensure zero incidents and full regulatory compliance
  • Manage daily operations of boiler, turbine, and auxiliary systems for optimal performance
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to operations staff
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects and maintain plant readiness for emergencies
  • Conduct inspections, oversee training programs, and perform operational audits
  • Review and present performance reports while ensuring housekeeping standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred or equivalent supervisory experience
  • 10+ years in leadership role in industrial/power generation environment
  • Experience in power plant operations, high-pressure boilers, or material handling
  • Knowledge of electrical/control systems, combustion processes, or rotating equipment
  • Strong troubleshooting, Root Cause Analysis, and continuous improvement skills
  • Ability to obtain ASME QRO/CFO certification within six months
