Salary: $66,900–$124,300

What you will do

• Provide hands-on identification and resolution of factory floor manufacturing issues.
• Participate in sales order kickoffs, review manufacturing instructions, and verify or design tooling/equipment.
• Lead process failure investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Manage status communications with management and customers.
• Identify and implement process, flow, and tooling improvements for productivity, quality, and reliability.
• Aid in design reviews for manufacturable products and lead process FMEA and hazards analysis.
• Develop and execute capital appropriation requests for projects.

Requirements

• US citizenship or U.S. Person status required due to ITAR and export controls.
• Experience in weld process development/validation and Design of Experiments.
• Knowledge of statistical software like Minitab and Process Excellence tools (LEAN, Six Sigma).
• BS in engineering or technical discipline (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years in technical/manufacturing environment with strong project management skills.

Nice to have

• Six Sigma or LEAN certification.
