What you will do

• Supervise hourly maintenance staff to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Manage work orders, assign tasks, and provide technical troubleshooting for mechanics and electricians.
• Lead the development of proactive maintenance programs and detailed maintenance procedures.
• Oversee the site's process controls discipline and ensure compliance with cyber security standards.
• Lead capital projects and recommend upgrades or overhauls for major systems and equipment.
• Authorize safety permits (SWP/LOTOV) and participate in PHA/RCA/MOC auditing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, chemical, or electrical engineering preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in specialty chemical, pharmaceutical, or food additive plants.
• Experience supervising staff in a union environment.
• Knowledge of PLCs, process control systems, and electrical safety standards.
• Proficiency with SAP or similar CMMS.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
