What you will do

  • Supervise and train superintendents and employees, managing performance, hiring, and progressive discipline.
  • Administer the company safety program, performing weekly safety audits and ensuring compliance.
  • Conduct quality audits on-site (averaging four hours daily) to ensure repair efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Review accounting reports and route management to optimize profitability and minimize callbacks.
  • Provide technical input and labor/material cost calculations for repair bid scopes.
  • Manage the parts program for contract service and repair to align with budget expectations.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work onsite in Spokane, WA.
  • Proven experience in managing technical service and repair operations.
  • Deep familiarity with federal, state, and local elevator industry code requirements.
  • Ability to spend significant time in the field visiting job sites and meeting customers.
  • Strong leadership skills for supervising technical staff and performance management.
