Salary: $154,500 – $256,200

What you will do

• Coordinate between manufacturing engineering, facility design, construction, and commissioning teams.
• Translate manufacturing requirements into design inputs for utilities, equipment space, and material flow.
• Develop and refine factory layouts and production flows for initial and scaled manufacturing.
• Facilitate alignment between internal engineering teams and external design partners to resolve conflicts.
• Manage installation sequencing and infrastructure readiness for manufacturing systems.
• Develop a scalable factory design template based on lessons learned for future facilities.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in manufacturing, factory development, or capital projects.
• Experience coordinating across manufacturing engineering, facilities design, and construction teams.
• Expertise in factory layout, production flow, or manufacturing equipment integration.
• Experience in large capital projects or industrial facility construction.
• Must be able to comply with U.S. export controls.
• No visa sponsorship available.
