What you will do

• Lead multiple software engineering teams in designing and delivering platform and product capabilities.
• Drive predictable execution of the technology roadmap while ensuring quality and technical sustainability.
• Champion modern engineering practices, including secure coding, automated testing, and CI/CD.
• Mentor and coach engineering teams, focusing on talent development and performance management.
• Collaborate with Product, Program, and Architecture teams to translate business needs into technical plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of software development experience with senior-level leadership of engineering teams.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, enterprise-scale software platforms.
• Strong expertise in Agile development, DevOps practices, and modern SDLC frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
