What you will do

• Lead and manage a team of 3 to 10 direct reports, including developers and testers.
• Provide design and architectural guidance for complex software applications, components, and modules.
• Actively code and contribute to software architecture decisions and technical direction.
• Take full responsibility for the definition, approach, and completion of medium-scale projects.
• Coach colleagues to develop target skills and capabilities in line with team goals.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to ensure deliverables meet customer experience standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent.
• 7+ years of experience working with cloud providers and technologies.
• 1+ year of experience as a lead or technical leader of a Software Development team.
• Proficiency with Python (FastAPI, Pytest), Kubernetes, React, and TypeScript.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD Pipelines.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and facilitate collaboration to meet user needs.

Nice to have

• Experience with or desire to learn and adapt Agentic Development practices.
