Location: Remote within Canada (optional access to offices in Montreal and Toronto)
Salary: $209,000–$253,000 CAD

What you will do
- Lead, coach, and grow a team of platform engineers across Infrastructure, DevOps, and Developer Experience.
- Set technical direction for platform architecture and ensure the execution of the roadmap.
- Design and build AI-powered internal tools and agentic workflows to automate tasks and boost productivity.
- Oversee cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and operational tooling in a regulated environment.
- Own incident management practices, postmortems, and the sustainability of the on-call rotation.
- Collaborate with product engineering, security, and compliance stakeholders to align technical initiatives with business impact.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in platform, infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE roles.
- 3+ years of experience managing and growing high-performing teams.
- Proficiency with Kubernetes, AWS, Terraform, ArgoCD, Datadog, PostgreSQL, and GitOps.
- Experience operating production systems and supporting on-call rotations.
- Must be based in Canada.
- Fluency in English is required.
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech or other regulated environments.
- Prior experience as a Staff or Senior Engineer before moving into management.
- Interest in Bitcoin and the cryptocurrency ecosystem.
