What you will do

• Own and deliver VIP CRM strategy across sportsbook and casino in Italy
• Manage direct relationships with VIP customers for personalised experiences
• Define promotional and bonus strategies to maximise retention and value
• Deliver tailored rewards including gifts, prizes, and exclusive experiences
• Setup and execute CRM communications using Optimove across channels
• Develop segmentation for personalised campaigns and monitor performance
• Lead testing, experimentation, and cross-functional partnerships
• Ensure alignment with Responsible Gaming and regulations

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Italian iGaming or sports betting market
• Strong experience managing VIP customers and retention strategies
• Expertise in bonus management and promotional mechanics
• Hands-on with CRM tools like Optimove, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing
• Track record driving retention, player value, and profitable growth
• Analytical skills for data interpretation and campaign optimisation
• Passion for sport, betting, and player behaviour
