What you will do

• Design and manage marketing campaigns across Search, Display, Video, Native, Remarketing, Affiliate, and Programmatic channels.
• Utilize advertising platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Criteo, and DV360 to reach business objectives.
• Analyze data using Google Analytics, MMPs, and Mixpanel, visualizing results through Looker and Tableau.
• Conduct real estate market and competitor research using Similarweb, Data.ai, and Semrush.
• Implement and manage web and app tracking via Google Tag Manager, Adjust, and Segment.

Requirements

• Degree in Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Must reside in Rome or be willing to relocate.
• Analytical mindset with a strong problem-solving approach.
• Passion for digital marketing and technical platforms.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of French, Spanish, German, Croatian, Portuguese, or Greek.
• Previous experience with digital marketing and data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with the paid advertising ecosystem.
