What you will do

  • Own paid acquisition end-to-end across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and new channels, managing budget, targeting, optimization, and metrics like CAC, ROAS, and pipeline contribution.
  • Drive website CRO through A/B tests, landing page redesigns, CTA/form improvements, and data-driven fixes for drop-offs.
  • Test and scale innovative channels such as webinars and direct mail to prove and expand ROAS.
  • Build AI-powered automations for tasks like spend monitoring, copy drafting, and personalized outreach based on data signals.
  • Collaborate with Partner Marketing, Sales, and GTM Data teams on messaging, lead quality, ICP scoring, and segmentation.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years in growth or performance marketing with hands-on ownership of paid channels (Google Ads required, LinkedIn preferred).
  • Proven CRO experience running A/B tests, redesigning landing pages, and working in CMS independently.
  • Comfort building automations or simple code (Python, Zapier, LLMs) to solve problems.
  • Strong analytics skills with dashboards, statistical significance, and linking marketing to revenue.
  • B2B SaaS experience understanding trials, funnels, and sales handoffs.
  • Clear communication of performance insights and plans.
