Location: Fully onsite in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, Canada
Salary: 78,400 – 117,600 CAD

What you will do
- Manage integrated marketing strategies and campaigns across digital, social, CRM, and PR channels to promote lottery products.
- Lead end-to-end campaign delivery from concept development through execution, optimization, and budget management.
- Partner with Analytics teams to generate insights, monitor KPIs, and recommend pivots based on market trends.
- Support the development of annual revenue targets and data-driven initiatives to maximize user acquisition and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure brand consistency and strong creative execution across all assets.
- Own product development initiatives from ideation to launch, including game branding and prize structures.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or product management.
- Strong expertise in direct-to-consumer growth marketing and omnichannel channels (email, CRM, social).
- Proficiency with technology and IT tools to enable data-driven marketing strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to operate in multi-disciplined environments.
- Must be able to work fully onsite in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario.
