What you will do

• Manage integrated marketing strategies and campaigns across digital, social, CRM, and PR channels to promote lottery products.
• Lead end-to-end campaign delivery from concept development through execution, optimization, and budget management.
• Partner with Analytics teams to generate insights, monitor KPIs, and recommend pivots based on market trends.
• Support the development of annual revenue targets and data-driven initiatives to maximize user acquisition and retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure brand consistency and strong creative execution across all assets.
• Own product development initiatives from ideation to launch, including game branding and prize structures.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or product management.
• Strong expertise in direct-to-consumer growth marketing and omnichannel channels (email, CRM, social).
• Proficiency with technology and IT tools to enable data-driven marketing strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to operate in multi-disciplined environments.
• Must be able to work fully onsite in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario.
